Designs by Vicky was started from a simple idea to create an underwater look behind some sealife figurines that were on top of an entertainment center. We decided to create a silk floral arrangement that would somehow resemble coral reefs and give these fish figurines the effect of being under the water. Once that first floral seascape was created we knew we had a winner. We are a small home-based business in Fremont, California. We are a very new company founded in the beginning of March, 2002 and our operations and web site opened on May 1, 2002. We have a deep love for the ocean and would welcome the opportunity to link to other underwater-related web sites for divers, aquarium enthusiasts, etc.
